Someone once told us that the best time to raise money is when you don't need the money, when the day comes that you really need money, that's when all hell with break loose and no one will 'borrow' you any money.
JM & SONS is the market leader in the direct contractor industry. We are the first in the market to promote and advocate our clients to go for 'Direct Contractor' instead of going through 'interior designers'
We are a Malay Muslim Owned Contractor in Singapore specializing in both commercial and residential projects. Throughout the years, we have gain tremendous market share in the Malay Muslim Communities. We have made many headlines through out our consistent and innovative marketing. We even introduced our best market disruptor, by offering free hacking works which no one has ever done that before.
We are currently not looking for any partners or shareholders. We are looking for a short term debt investment (which refers to an investor lending money to a firm or project sponsor with the expectation that the borrower will pay back the investment with interest)
Why are we doing this?
Recently a close friend of us 'invested' in a new retail concept shop, he invested a total of $120,000 of his hard earn savings. Believing that the business will one day succeed and might provide him good returns. He was promised a 5% returns annually and his full investment be paid back to him on the 3rd year. What saddens me was that the business did not even survived for 8 months. He completely lost all his savings and didn't even get anything in return.
He shared that there wasn't much investment opportunity in Singapore other than the typical banks or stock market or online platform. He and many others would prefer to invest in something that he can actually see, feel, touch or even visit in person.
He wanted to be part of that investment, he wants to be able to talk to the direct owners and have that social interaction instead of the typical investment options.
He even suggested that if only we have that option, he would have invested in us without hesitation. That spark an idea for us to offer this debt investment for like minded individual to come together to brainstorm, discuss or basically have a friend to talk to.
